Hand in Hand – Support Group

Kathleen Lawther (yes, THAT Lawther) will lead a conversation about what led her to realize that Lakewood had many senior citizens who had needs not being addressed by the city, how she advocated for creating the Office on Aging and became its director for 25 years — winning national awards for its excellence — and how services for seniors have evolved over the years.
