Hand in Hand – Support Group

Hand in Hand will begin its 2024 season on Friday, April 12 in the Reed Room from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The speaker will be Tom Strong, medical lecturer, informing us about preventing Alzheimer’s disease. He will discuss long and short-term memory, symptoms of memory-related diseases, and what foods and mental exercises can prevent them. All are welcome.
